Here at Stationery R Us Express, we understand that there may come a time that a product you have purchased may need to be returned.

So we are offering a simple returns policy for you. All returns or refunds must be claimed within 7 days of purchase.

• All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Simply email our office at info@stationeryrusexpress.com.au with your invoice number.

All our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
